Smoked Salmon Tartine with Avocado Hummus, toasted walnuts frisée and dill

Tartine:

-1-1inch slice of toasted PQM Spence Sourdough 

-4oz store bought smoked salmon 

-1/4 cup avocado hummus, recipe follows 

-2 tablespoons walnuts 

-1/4 head frisée, cleaned 

-5 sprigs of fresh dill 

-1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil 

-Juice of half a lemon 

-Salt and pepper 


Avocado Hummus:

-3 avocados 

-Equal avocado weight of tahini

-1 bunch of cilantro

-1 jalapeño 

-5 limes

-Salt to taste

-2 Tablespoons ice water


How to Assemble:

1. Slather toast with hummus 

2. Feather sheets of smoked salmon on top of hummus 

3. In a bowl toss together, walnuts, frisée, dill, olive oil and lemon

 4. Season salad with salt and pepper to taste

 5. Garnish salmon with frisée salad
